This farmer field trial demonstrates how GrowthFit enhances cotton crop growth, boll setting, and disease resistance while reducing chemical fertilizer and pesticide use. Even under heavy rainfall, farmers achieved healthier plants, reduced flower drop, improved yield potential, and significantly lower cultivation costs, ensuring sustainable and profitable cotton farming practices.
Field Trial Overview and Crop Performance
This trial was conducted across multiple cotton fields under rain-fed conditions. Despite continuous rainfall, crops treated with GrowthFit maintained uniform greenness, healthy foliage, and strong plant structure. Improved flowering, reduced stress symptoms, and enhanced boll retention were clearly visible, showing better crop resilience and growth consistency compared to neighboring untreated fields.
Significant Reduction in Fertilizer Usage
Traditionally, farmers applied nearly twelve fertilizer bags per two acres. With GrowthFit, fertilizer usage dropped to just one and a half to two bags. This reduction resulted in savings of nearly ₹30,000 per season, while crop vigor, flowering intensity, and overall plant development remained strong and consistent across the cultivated fields.
Improved Boll Formation and Yield Potential
Plants treated with GrowthFit recorded up to fifty-two to fifty-three bolls per plant, even on shorter plants. Flower retention improved significantly, while boll size and uniformity increased. Based on current field observations, farmers expect yields to rise from sixteen quintals to nearly twenty-five quintals per acre.
Enhanced Resistance to Pests and Diseases
Despite heavy rainfall, treated fields showed strong resistance to red mite infestations and leaf drop. Neighboring farms suffered severe pest attacks, whereas GrowthFit-treated crops remained healthy. Reduced chemical spraying lowered crop stress, improved plant immunity, and promoted sustainable farming practices that preserved long-term soil and environmental health.
Cost Savings and Farmer Confidence
Lower fertilizer consumption, fewer pesticide sprays, and stronger crop health significantly reduced production costs. Farmers gained confidence after witnessing consistent performance and higher yield potential. Neighboring farmers expressed interest in adopting GrowthFit, recognizing its role in sustainable agriculture, improved profitability, and long-term crop management efficiency.
