We take pride in offering authentic, natural, and responsibly made products sourced directly from farmers and trusted producers. Since most of our items are natural products, returns and refunds must follow the policies outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

A return is accepted only if:

  • The product delivered is damaged, leaking, or defective

  • You received a wrong product (different from what was ordered)

  • The item is expired at the time of delivery

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with

  • Items damaged due to improper storage after delivery

  • Taste, preference, or personal dislike (as natural product variations may occur)


2. Return Request Timeline

Return requests must be submitted within:

Any request made after this period may not be eligible.


3. How to Request a Return

To raise a return request, please contact us with:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos/video of the product, packaging, and invoice

4. Return Pickup Process

  • Once approved, we will arrange a pickup.

  • Products must be returned in original packaging with tags, invoice, and seal (if applicable).

  • If pickup service is unavailable in your area, we may request courier return and reimburse courier charges.


5. Refunds

Upon inspection and approval of the return:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment.

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 working days to reflect, depending on the bank or payment gateway.

Refunds will not be processed if:

  • The product is returned used or intentionally damaged.

  • The product does not match the images shared during the claim.


6. Cancellation Policy

You Can Cancel:

  • Before the order is shipped — full refund.

After Shipment:

  • Cancellations may not be possible.
    If refused at delivery, shipping & handling charges may be deducted.


7. Exchange Policy

Since most products are perishable and natural, we currently do not offer exchanges.
Eligible cases will be refunded instead.


8. Missing or Incorrect Items

If part of your order is missing or incorrect:

  • Report within 24 hours with unboxing video/photo.

  • We will replace the missing item or issue a refund as applicable.


9. Natural Variations Disclaimer

Our products come from farms, forests, and small-batch producers.
Texture, colour, fragrance, or taste may slightly vary between batches — this is normal and not a reason for return.
