In Nellore district, groundnut farmers are witnessing visible improvements in crop health, yield, and profitability through Gramabazaar’s Nemzap and GrowthFit. From stronger plants and uniform pods to reduced fertilizer and pesticide expenses, farmer experiences highlight how natural inputs are delivering consistent results across multiple crops and seasons.
Same Seed, Same Day — Clear Difference in Results
Farmer Hari cultivated groundnut using the same seed variety, sowing date, and irrigation schedule across plots. The only difference was the use of Nemzap and GrowthFit. Compared to chemical-treated fields, treated crops showed healthier plants, better pod size, uniform growth, and stronger resilience throughout the season.
Higher Yield Without Higher Market Price
While market prices remained unchanged, yield increased significantly. Hari reported harvests improving from 20 bags per acre to 25–28 bags. This additional produce directly translated into higher income. For farmers, increased yield—not price manipulation—became the real source of profitability and financial stability.
Reduced Fertilizer, Water, and Pest Management Costs
Using GrowthFit helped reduce urea usage by nearly half. Crops stayed green even with delayed irrigation, tolerating water stress better than chemical-fed fields. Pest pressure also reduced, lowering pesticide sprays. Overall cultivation costs dropped from around ₹15,000 per acre to nearly ₹8,000.
Nemzap’s Role in Root Health and Pest Resistance
Nemzap effectively controlled nematodes, preventing root damage and plant death. Crops developed a natural protective layer that discouraged leaf-eating pests. Even rodents caused less damage in treated fields. Strong root systems ensured better nutrient uptake, uniform pod formation, and reduced crop losses across the field.
Soil Health, Crop Longevity, and Farmer Confidence
Fields treated with GrowthFit remained soft, moisture-retentive, and biologically active. Crops stayed green 10 days longer, allowing flexible harvesting and reduced labour pressure. Farmers observed healthier soils and long-term benefits, reinforcing confidence in Gramabazaar’s farmer-first, chemical-free cultivation approach.
